WHEREAS, the Guest has booked a travel experience with the Host’s that takes place in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico,

WHEREAS, the Guest understands and acknowledges that staying at the Property and engaging in activities in Cabo San Lucas may involve certain inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to travel-related incidents, natural disasters, accidents, and other personal injuries.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of being allowed to book a travel experience with the Host, Guest hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: The Guest acknowledges and agrees that they are voluntarily choosing to stay at the Property and participate in activities in Cabo San Lucas, fully aware of the potential risks involved. The Guest assumes all risks of injury, illness, damage, or loss that may arise during their stay.

2. Release and Waiver: The Guest, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Host, their agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Guests accommodations or participate in any activities during the travel experience.

3. Indemnification: The Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Host, their agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) incurred by the Host as a result of the Guest actions or omissions during their travel experience.

4. Medical Treatment: The Guest acknowledges that the Host does not provide medical services or coverage. The Guest assumes responsibility for any medical expenses incurred as a result of any injuries or illnesses during their stay.

5. Compliance with Local Laws: The Guest agrees to follow and abide by the local laws.

Refund Policy

Elevated Experiences Entertainment aims to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, we understand that plans can change. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund on travel bookings made through our company.

Eligibility for Refund
Full and partial refund eligibility is determined based on the time of cancellation. The following general guidelines apply:
Full Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 48 hours after initial booking of travel experience
  • 75% refunds are available after 48 hours of initial booking but before 21 days of initial check-in date
  • 50% refunds are available between 21 days and 14 days of the initial check-in date
  • 25 % refunds are available between 14 days and 7 days of initial check-in date
Refund policy applies to the entire tier package. Per person refunds are not authorized.

Non-Refundable Bookings Certain bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. These bookings are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
